For over ten years, David Rourke has worked in healthcare (with a primary focus on dental) helping practice owners transition their businesses while receiving maximum value. He believes that the key to a successful practice sale is good preparation and an unyielding attention to detail. Because of his extensive experience, he is able to help practice owners like you to discover the opportunities that will increase their business value, and identify and address obstacles to ensure they do not interfere with the sale process.

David thoroughly enjoys the dynamic and constantly changing business of dental practice brokering and thrives on the challenge of providing a custom approach to each unique practice with which he works. He diligently works with his clients to ensure they are fully engaged in the process and able to make good, informed decisions that are in their best interests.

Prior to joining MBC Brokerage in 2021, David enjoyed a successful time at ROI Corporation where he followed in the footsteps of his mother, Lanee Brown Rourke, who had helped to establish ROI. We are naturally proud of the fact that, with David's in-depth and behind-the-scenes knowledge of the industry, he decided he could best serve doctors under MBC auspices.

In his spare time David can be found on the ski hills of Collingwood in the winter, racing sailboats on Lake Ontario in the summer, and in between trying to understand the mind of his 12- year-old daughter, Rileigh.
